truly confused

although i finished the 9th chapter of the book Sams teach yourself C in 21 days ,i newly discovered that this book has many faults and contains some wrong information.

there are hundreds of books available in stores and in the books area of this forum but im really confused what to Really start with . Can somebody please suggest a good C book for a beginner with no programming background ?
