You might get better responses if you gave more information. For example, what kind of programming? What language? What other skills does the person need (artistic, etc)? Without providing any such information, most people will be hesitant to email you.

That's like asking for an artist, without specifying that you want a painter, sculptor, musician, etc. The term 'programmer' is very broad, not to mention the choice of platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac, etc etc).
