this is my code not exaclty but youll get the jist of it

if action = "cookies" then my.computer.filesystem.deletefile(Wild Here":\documentd and setting\"Wild Here"\cookies\"Wild Here")

Em, yes? I can honestly say I don't get the gist of it. Worse, that looks .NETty to me - this is the 'old school' VB forum!

If I understand what you're asking, you want to know how to get the system to delete all files in the cookies directory of each directory within "Documents and Settings" on all drives.

Well, not sure about .NET, but in classic VB you'd probably be interested in the Scripting.FileSystemObject. Drives and directories are very different things; enumerating the drives on a PC is very different from enumerating directories. There might be a neat way to do this in .NET, I don't know, but I'd do it using FileSystemObject and friends.
