i am wanting to make programs for like yahoo use. do i have to know windows programming? if so can someone point me in the right direction.

there is people who make programs for yahoo use like id crackers, id list genators, ect.

It isn't really active, Nemesis. I support PFO so I don't even pump the non-technical sections. I do have a friend preparing some material on stained glass work.

Well, to try and understand what you are *trying* saying I'm going to break it up.

YOu say you wan't to make programs, fare enough, 'for yahoo use', so I'm thinking you mean yahoo.com, right?

Well I dunno, I think you could use any program to make lil progs.

Reminds me of another question I read sometime ago regarding 3D studio max, something like "I am wanting to learn how to make pixar animations".

I'm guessing you and that other person have the same mothertongue.
