You download, and click the map source then it says webnet.cpp
.cpp means C++.

replace the IP in the code with the IP of your computer.

Just replace it with INADDR_ANY.
As in:

sin.sin_addr.s_addr = INADDR_ANY;

I've clearly told Brent why here.
