Hello,
Does anybody know of a delphi component that allows me to limit transfer speed. I´m building an app for file transfer on my wireless community and need to control download and upload speeds, so I´m creating an app that uses FTP servers on each client controlled by a main server that determines their speed. I have all the basic things done, including threaded downloads, remote share browsing and chat. Now I need to find a way to implement the limits. If anyone knows of a FTP server component that allows limiting downloads, please let me know....

Ok, got it...ICS (Internet Component Suite) works just fine...
