Re: Starting assembly
I once had to take a course on computer architecture. We were using the ISEM assembler/simulator. I think it's free. You might want to check it out. Programming in assembly is similar to programming in C but the code is not as easy to follow, though programming in assembly presents a challenge which I consider fun.
