What's the best way to go about checking a HTML...

What's the best way to go about checking a HTML website and gather data from it ina C program? I am having a bit of trouble with Google do to the common string "HTML" :( Thanks alot!

You are also going to need an if statement...

You are also going to need an if statement between the loops if you want "1 * 1" up to "9 * 9" be displayed with two spaces between the digit and * sign. Then have having "10 * 10" and up...
