Different Resolutions

When creating GUI's do you usually hardcode the Width/Height or do you deduct a certain value from the desktop's Width/Height? Like right now I'm using 1152x864 but when I change to 1024x768 my GUI...

meh, there's much better RTS's out there, Age of Empires, Dawn of War, etc.

I'd probly buy it as long as it has Multiplayer
